FLOTEQ's UCC series centrifugal pumps are high-end centrifugal pumps developed for different customer groups and application areas. The design concept of the series is strictly in accordance with the European EHEDG standard and the American 3A standard. The impellers are fully open, and there is no dead ends in the flow passage in contact with pumped media. It is suitable for the working conditions with the strictest sanitary and bactericidal requirements. All metal parts in contact with the pumped media are made of AISI 316L. In order to make the series pump has good pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, low noise ability, the thinnest wall thickness of the pump chamber is greater than 6 mm, which also makes the pump can run well in various bad conditions. FLOTEQ optimizes the flow channels in the pump cavity based on fluid mechanics to minimize secondary eddy currents in the pump cavity, greatly reducing the heating and thermal effects of materials, and greatly improving the pump efficiency.

HYP-Hygienic Self-priming Pump
The HYP uses a unique eccentric air bolt and recirculation loop to generate and handle products with gas, as well as to generate a vacuum. The design uses standard centrifugal components to achieve a point of operation that cannot be achieved by an identical centrifugal pump, and greatly improves working efficiency. The power requirement can be reduced by trimming the impeller size in order to achieve higher efficiency, lower power consumption, and less noise.

SH-Shear Pump
SH series shear pump is based on UCC series centrifugal pump developed on a mixing device. This series of pumps use rotor and stator instead of impeller in UCC centrifugal pump to shear materials. The maximum operating speed is 38m/s, and the gap between shear teeth is normally between 0.3mm~0.4mm. This combination of precision greatly improves the shear effect, so that the materials can be better homogenized. Because of the decent shearing ability, the products will not suffer stratification.
